The included license covers use while the property is actively listed for sale. Once the property sells or is delisted, the license expires. If you or a third party (stager, designer, builder) wants to use the images for portfolio or marketing purposes, a separate commercial license can be purchased.
No travel fee for properties within 30 minutes of my Tucson studio. Properties beyond that range may have a small travel fee — I'll let you know upfront when you book.
