Travel & Logistics
Travel costs including airfare and transportation are quoted separately based on event location. For multi-day events outside of Tucson, a room at the event hotel is provided by the client.
All events require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the date. Remaining balance due one week prior. Events booked within 30 days require full payment at booking.
