No two events are exactly the same. Pricing is based on your attendance, event schedule, location, number of headshot stations, staffing, and deliverables. Every proposal is built around what your event actually needs, from setup and attendee registration to professional photography, retouching, rapid delivery, and your final participant list.
Two stations, multi-day conferences, and the Complete Headshot Gallery add-on are all in my 2027 pricing guide. Continental U.S. travel is included on bookings of $5,000 or more.

Yes. Events running two or more consecutive days receive volume pricing that reduces the per-day rate. The exact discount is included in your custom proposal based on total scope.
Yes, I coordinate an on-site touch-up station through I Do Hair and Makeup Artistry, so every attendee looks their absolute best before stepping in front of the camera. This can be included in your custom proposal.
Multiple options: a CSV file you provide ahead of time, a registration link sent to attendees before the event, or QR codes and live sign-in stations at the event. I set up whichever system works best for how your event already runs.
You receive a complete contact list of every attendee who participated: name, email, and any other data collected during registration. This makes the headshot station a powerful lead generation tool, not just a perk.
Yes. The standard package includes one professionally retouched image per attendee, delivered on-site. For events that want the premium experience, I offer a Full Edited Gallery upgrade where every attendee receives 5–6 fully retouched images in both high-resolution and web-optimized formats.
All events require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due one week before the event. Events booked within 30 days of the date require full payment at booking.
